Lamenda’s passion for Integrated Energy Healing stems from her own journey, overcoming adverse physical and emotional challenges. She completed three years training in Energy Healing with Medical Studies in 2010. Additionally, she holds qualifications in a variety of Body, Mind and Spiritual complementary therapies, including Reiki, Person-Centred Counselling, Life-Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (to Master Practitioner Level) and Hypnotherapy. She holds a Stage 2 Certificate in British Sign Language and has a B.Ed (Hons) Degree in Curriculum Design and Innovation. She is a Millenium Award-winning Life Coach, Author, and International Motivational Speaker.
She uses a holistic, integrated approach; healing the past and through negotiation select skills, techniques and strategies which best meet Individual preferences and needs. Lamenda draws largely from Energy Healing, Nero-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Alexander Technique (AT) as well as her studies in Transactional Analysis (TA), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) all of which are life-changing tools.
During the challenging times of recent years, she has been holding sessions via phone and Internet. Additionally, she is in her 8th year volunteering her services at the nearby Regional University Hospital, supporting ‘People Living with Cancer,’ where the focus is mainly back and neck pain-relief. Feedback from Staff, Clients and Patients has been reward beyond measure.
